did you check drivers if installed correct ?
when you open soft do you see the comport correct ?

I've tried again with tl866 to read. I almost made it. When I plug in power or USB, it does not read if I read without USB and power .. Then it reads without check id setting, with check id setting there is error FF.
Without check id setting I can read but not delete and write

Hello again first thing to try is different usb cable if still not work you will probably need to reflash but xprog never seem to work correctly afterwards it's hit and miss some users encounter problems some do not

Also when you use usb cable you should not put 12 v power
Only with rs232 cable you need 12 v power supply
