please someone????

let's see Daiyan. is easier to change the eeprom from one unit to the other. than reading and writing, most of the time to do this you need desoldering eeprom

fussed all by yourself, or you really want to change the Kmthinkingthinkingthinking

first of all i want to get a bsi to run with my car since my original is total damaged. i have removed the chip, should i use digiprog 3 with it to read eeprom? and should i put the clip on the chip as is? would that not break the chip silver pins? and the clip have the red wire on it wich silver pin on the chip does the red wire goes on?

Take EEPROM from damaged ecu and put to
One side then remove the EEPROM from new
Ecu and put in place the EEPROM u put to side

Making sure u put back on the correct way
Look for the little dot on EEPROM for correct way

RE: Help damaged bsi on peugeot 307sw - daiyan - 27-06-2014

Do i need any special hardware to use with pp2000? and how does the steps goes to code with pp2000? what to code? i checked the eeprom from original bsi and i got that to work so now i have to put this eeprom in the donor bsi but what to program it and hot to virginize the bsi?

RE: Help damaged bsi on peugeot 307sw - domelec - 27-06-2014

U don't need to virginize anything
Just do as been said and replace EEPROM from old damaged ecu
To new donor ecu then the car will run

But what about the engine lock and etc?

RE: Help damaged bsi on peugeot 307sw - domelec - 27-06-2014

Why don't u just solder the EEPROM into the new bsi and then see?
Instead of making an easy repair into a very hard one

The needed informations for immobilizer are in the eeprom. The hardware of the bsi is equal, just replace the broken hardware and keep the needed "software"/eeprom.
