If you sure you know what you do with winkfp AND how to use it with ICOM you can use winkfp.

Winkfp with icom will be fine and suppose to be faster than ista P

Had a MSV70 on my bench today and bimmergeeks cable wasn't able to flash it. Icom flashed just fine.
