"Nissan Consult 3" or Renault/Nissan Alliance VI isn't Bosch RNM VCI
Nissan Alliance VI2 do not works with Renault CAN CLIP
Your driver should be see in Device Manager as "1B-Alliance Vehicle Communication Interface"
Check this first.
Just in case you don't know the interface must be plugged to the car and to the USB if you want to see it in Device Manager.
