Really good and cheap you cant buy
there is really bad and cheap and the other options are really good at the right price and original.

Start with TJA1054 (missing in yours) and maybe TJA1040/1050. Maybe correct the RAM with 10ns units.
Then look at the smaller components: ESD protections, capacitors, resistors, with good quality units. Your buzzer is missing too.
The OKI is useless for VAG use and even though the Chinese advertise it as the main item... it's completely unnecessary. I can't even comprehend why they insist SO MUCH on it.

I bought a new one.

TJA looks wrongly positioned and in my opinion also 2 diodes, send more pics from the other side

A certain batch of VAS5054a from 2016 that look like this came with ODIS-S 3.0.3 disks. They were about $90-95 USD and always came with a case.
They are acceptable. They have genuine AMB2300 (one of the MOST important items), and genuine TJA1054 (correct orientation) and TJA1040/1050.
They will either come with 55ns 5V ram or 10ns 3.3V ram... both of which will need to be changed.
They are getting very hard to find among the faked AMB2300 and other issues.
Note the capacitors and resistors on the back of the bluetooth board.
Note the hole in the speaker housing (not necessary, but they all had this).
It has fake OKI and missing A5780A, but you don't need those for VAG.
I have bought 4 of these and they were all the same. Good framework for easy rework.
The last one was from this link. The seller sent what was in picture, but with 10ns 3.3V ram. No big deal, replacing with ISSI anyways.
