You can first read dump from delphi bsi with upa,xprog etc. Than you can precode transponder for obd programming or programm transponder which will directly start the car-for this operation you can use zed bull(clone or original). Or you can do all the job via obd with zed full or abritus.

I use original zed bull.But you can finish the job with clone device as well. There is an option to make transponder directly without obd progarmming,you can see that in zed bull soft

Ok if i understand i can write the pin directly with zed bull software witout to extract dump from bsi
can you advice me about zed bull original where can i buy it
did you listen positif comment about writting id 48 with zed bull clone

No, pincode itself isn't enough. You can make a precoded key only from the BCM (bsi) dump. Pin code is only for key teaching (with diag tool), if You don't write back the new key data directly to BCM eprom.

Mate,looks like you need basic knowledge about key programming,it is not easy to explain in only one post. Precoding is transponder related process which prepare transponder by dump data for obd programming. Pin code(personal identification number) allowed entering in key programming.
And yes,you need virgin(not previously programmed) transponder for this operation.

because the problem i have a original transponder defect but it s the only one i m not sure i can read it again
