Instructions are "universal" for all 3G firmware, the steps are very similar.

You must update your firmware to latest, update the map and choose the right activator for you.

Aha...so in my situation (and others...) we need to do this:

1) Update Firmware to version BNav_EU_K0260_1_D1. And I must find this Firmware elsewhere on the Internet. But I can use the same instructions as in this thread to install it.

2) Update the maps to version 6.22.4 using same links and instructions as in this thread.

3) Use the '3G Basic' Activator using same links and instructions as in this thread.

Correct!?

Just updated to BNav_EU_K0260_1_D1 without any problems.
And original maps still work as you said.

I will update to latest maps within the next few days, hoping this will go well:

1) Update the maps to version 6.22.4 using same links and instructions as in this thread.

2 Use the '3G Basic' Activator using same links and instructions as in this thread.

Just to conform, that I managed to resolve problem with my navigation and now is working agen. I did the same procedure that urgi did in the post #345 in this thread.

Map version 6.22.4 is for 3G high and 3GP with HDD, Not for you system basic 3G DVD
EXIST:
-Bnav - MMI 3G basic DVD
-Hnav - HDD navigation MMI 3G high
-Hnav+ - HDD navigation MMI 3GP navigation with online features
