and one more thing dont forget to disable windows time sync in windows
ford virtualbox dont foget to set you power shell with adminitrator right
Open "Windows PowerShell" from Start Menu as Administrator.
Run following command and answer question as [Y].
Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned

Could you please help in appropriate start file definition for Vmware ?
As I understand you example is for VirtualBox.

Had this to you virtual configuration file
time.synchronize.allow = "FALSE"
time.synchronize.allow.backward = "FALSE"
time.synchronize.continue.backward = "FALSE"
time.synchronize.pause = "FALSE"
time.synchronize.pause.backward = "FALSE"
time.synchronize.restore.backward = "FALSE"
time.synchronize.shrink.backward = "FALSE"
time.synchronize.tools.enable = "FALSE"
time.synchronize.tools.percentCorrection = "FALSE"
time.synchronize.tools.slewCorrection = "FALSE"
rtc.startTime = 1437701000

in your vm folder you wil have a config file open with note pad find the tools.syncTime = "FALSE" make enter and paste here no space save and start you time wil be freeze dont forget to close you virtual when your done using ids you good for life now smile

Could you please explain how time/date is recalculated on minutes or hours this you put for rtc.startTime ?

Hi, as far as I've learned, time cannot be freezed in normal mode.. you have to manually set the day back to the date of installation (usually 1st Aug 2015) every 3 days (or next time you are going to work with IDS).

I've used deepfreeze tool but every 3 days i must change bios date to work again.
any solution about this issue?
