Resistance measured.

Certainly engine control unit? makes me suspicious of the Renault without key card starts the starter.

You could also bring a diag tool for your car to be properly cared, e.g CAN-Clip, this is a so called profi job !
Any other opinions are futile, unless a good diagnose is needed !
