IT IS NOT AN ELPROSYS PRODUCT I HAVE NEAR ME NOW MY DP3 AND DP4 DIDNT DO THE TRADE UP JUST BROUGHT THE DP4 OUTRIGHT. THESE ARE DIAGPROG . THE BLUE TOOL THAT YOU HAVE ALL UR FAITH IN IS DIGIPROG 3 ..............NOW IN 31 DAYS THEY ARE RELEASING DIGIPROG 4 .
DUE TO CLONING THE DIGIPROG 3 PROJECT IS CLOSED AND THEY OFFICIALLY STOPPED MAKING UPDATES, HOWEVER IF YOU KNOW WHERE TO LOOK YOU CAN GET HIGHER THAN 4.94

So there releasing a new REAL DIGIPROG4 you have any idea what there going for
and you can bash the digi but like you say the tachopro doesn't such its just knowing how to use it
same goes for digiprog I don't think any one tool is enough and some make the job more pleasant than others. but bottom line is the digiprog has been a trusty dusty tool you can do pretty much anything with. So I don't put all my trust in her but shes been good to me along my travels.
No matter what tool I'm using today digi was there for me when I needed her the most haha

I dont bash digi ,I myself have value for the tool its a great backup tool to keep in the boot. It does alot of things that the older tacho pro doesnt. But for day to day dealing with eproms i rather use something that offers more stable saving and transfer to pc . I love mt ar32 and i use that daily it works on dos software but great and stable reads and writes incircuit drawback is parrallel port but hey its great and now you can make calcs for it which i started . Im just saying about safety
