Good evening, I'm having trouble reading the ECU IAW 18FD.5Y
I made the connections with the upa, as it is in the manual.
mcu 68HC11F1, but it is giving error.
I will leave the image can help.
I would appreciate help on what I can do.

I got the pin number 1 plate,
but to give this error reset low.
already I fed the upa but nothing.
what am I doing wrong ?? !!
