I can't get my K+DCAN cable (INPA compatible) to work. I have set the port to com9 and set the latency timer to 1msec. I checked the obd.ini and com was 9, I even copied that across to ediabas.ini. All I get is fault memory: unknown when trying to read the vehicle information. The cable light comes on when I plug it in, it goes off when I start communicating to it. The cable worked with an OTG cable with Carly.
Do I have the wrong cable or something? I'm new to this and not having it working before makes it hard with no benchmark to work from.

Do You have file obd.ini in Win folder?

It wasn't in the win folder so I copied it in there, I didn't know about that. Also ran OBDSetup.exe and fixed any mismatched registry values. I checked with Carly again and the cable is still working, it hasn't developed a bent pin or anything. I haven't installed or tried ISTA-P yet.
Happy to start a new thread if that is preferred since this might not be so simple.

You can use the 4.6 or the 4.7 loader
Works Perfect.
