BMW CCC does not work - 530d - 25-03-2016
I have two BMW Professional CCC LCI (HW 12.5), one CCC constantly resets and resets, ista-d does not see modules CCC-BO, CCC-ASKA, CCC-ANT, only available CCC-GW
second CCC working OK, I have a request:
someone tell me what eprom/flash i must reading?
I found information
29f400,ST269,24c64 + BGA flash chips 4xRC28F128J3C or 2xRC28F256J3C + Nand flash 2x K9F5608?

This is a common problem on CCC.
Use recovery CD or resolder all IC with hot air station and if you have luck then all be OK.
Another way is to change some components but the question is - which - becouse are depend of the problem and is hard to find the right bad component if you have not good equipment.

GW memory have written soft version on chip, also as I remember engraved "GW......" but if you have unit with GW responding, why you did not try solution given by BMWdriva - it should work. You won't be able to program flash on table in programmer, I don't think you have proper programmer and what most important - proper adapter for BGA memory. GW of course, you will do easy, but if GW is working try bootmode first.
