RE: The NAAB files - KEEEN - 01-05-2016

Naab files are .0ba files (bootloader) You will find them in any data folder which want to recover.

RE: The NAAB files - bmwddh - 03-05-2016

But how to find right NAAB files
For example: the whole NAAb files is H0202J5_0202L0.OBA( CIC 63)
I know how to find the 0202l0 the last 6 number,but the data base have twelve "0202L0" files
So how can i select the Frist 7 files of NAAB files?

RE: The NAAB files - BusyBox - 17-06-2016

They are all the same if you compare them.

RE: The NAAB files - maron - 17-06-2016

For example, if your car is E9X

V41 = 0202J5
V47 and later 0202JP

Digging out old thread smile
Can someone explain me how to determine the right NAAB file? I have to reprogram CIC from Asia E90 to ECE E60 (63,62 and A0) and doing it with comfort mode just don't work. I'm going to use expert mode in WinKFP but I don't know the right *.0ba file...

As said clearly answered but if you want to know which are the files you have, talking about E89 platform:
Expert mode is mandatory there
For V41, area 63
9257171A = 609 without DAB Tuner
9257172D = 609 + 654 DAB Tuner included
9257173G = 609 USA
9257176A = 609 + 807 Japenese Version
9257178S = 609 + 802 Korea Version
9257180O = 609 + (8AA China Vers) or (BLH HongKong Vers) or (BLT Taiwan Vers)
area 62
9257183
area A0
9257185
IF you want other platform / other version tell exactly.
Only the 62 area varies according the platform.
Hope your question is answered ...
Sample of assembly showed for 63 using WinKFP.

About E60 ECE (sorry didn't saw !) V41 only changes the:
area 62
9257182D
As said above no change needed about 63 and A0
Briefly choose Expert mode and enter directly 9257182.
Don't forget before to put the E60 62 data files in the ''Develop'' one ! and given in the first post by AP90500

RE: The NAAB files - Krysiaman - 29-03-2018
