Folder write permissions to be changed to full via security tab and all will be A1

can you be a bit more specific? I have tried several times without any success.
I have modified folder write permissions (C:\Program Files (x86)\Offboard_Diagnostic_Information_System_Service) but it's going with the same error at the end of instalation of postsetup.
I'm installing ODIS on win 10 and running OffboardDiagLauncher under compatibility mode.
