WinKFP and NCS-expert error need help - koziol - 14-05-2016
I have to format my PC ,instal INPA and errors
inpa looks ok but NCS-expert and WinKFP problem

whats the solution for that

Make sure that you use bmw coding tool to create the data folders

1.settings your ncs expert folder
2.click "select SP-source" then select SP-daten folder
3.click "Update SP-daten"

Check NCSExpert and WinKfp "SGDAT" should be with full ipo files.

Solution is to run the Coding Tool as administrator, because SP-Data located in C:/ system partition.

There is something seriously wrong with your windows. Something that comes to my mind:
1. Secondary logon service is not running.
2. If I remember correctly I saw something like that a long time ago when SP3 failed to properly install in XP.
Anyway this is clearly your OS issue which is not related to this forum.
