Citroen dispatch 2.0 hdi non starter - jambo1uk - 20-05-2016

Hi all I'm Jamie I am trying to get a non starter working
the van we think has been ran on some veg oil or bio I'm unsure so cant say what it was heres what I have done so far:

dropped the tank and cleaned it and the lift pump
removed and cleaned the injectors
replaced timing belt
removed cleaned and replaced the fuel filter
fuel is getting to the injectors as I have clear pipe from filter to pump and on the spill pipes
it turns over and sounds like it wants to go but just dosent go
I have a china box and Delphi 2014.1
it has :
cam sync
engine rpm 160
fuel pressure measured 289 bar
overboost pressure measured 965 millibar
target overboost pressure 1246 millibar

I have asked on other forums and at the moment I'm told the rpm is to low and needs to be above 200 rpm I have tried 3 different starters (non new) and 2 run at 160 and the other is low what I want to know is in your opinions what you think it may be should I go try another starter as I cant find what rpm it should spin at anywhere or is it something else as it don't sound slow turning over thanks for any replies I'm desperate to get this going.

Try to starti-it on spray ( quick start or Str8 or whatever ).
If it starts an it stais that way, then write here to continue.

Removed and clean injector? procedure?

post fault codes please!

RE: Citroen dispatch 2.0 hdi non starter - jambo1uk - 20-05-2016

Injectors removed and cleaned wiped down and any debris removed from them then replaced no 4 was blowing but that is ok now

The injectors as far as I'm aware I have 2 known good ones and others that I'm unsure of it won't start on easy start that's been tried I replaced the crankshaft sensor
And now it's cranking g at 360 rpm the only fault code it's showing is p1108

1.remove egr pipe and start up, i think evac is blocked! the erorr is something with ecu and borometer, can this be the cause.
2: silicone spray or rost loser spray probe to start.

Thanks bobdinro I'll get on the computer and have a look for it and hopefully have a go tomorrow I have been told to try the stop start solenoid but that's a pain by all accounts to be honest I'll try anything to get the thing running sad

Colleague you provided enough data ...
None of the globe not wywrózy what your type of engine and fuel injection system.
If the starter does not work to start os fuses in BSM and parameters immo in ecu and BSI (permission to start)

Check and clean the fuel pressure sensor and its wiring at the plug

Sorry to sound dumb which pipe do I remove I can not see the usual disk shaped thing that I see when I Google the egr valve there seems to be pipes everywhere when I have googled the egr for this van the big metal pipe like thing shows up at the rear of the engine and it looks attached to that I have a big pipe like airbox size and there is a small plastic thing with a small pipe going to it?

The fuel pressure sensor as far as I'm aware is ok as it's getting over the 200 bar minimum required to fire
