Corsa D 1.3 CDTi Z13DTH No power - Wildey1771 - 01-06-2016

Hi,

Ive got a corsa D 1.3 cdti Z13dth with a power problem.

It starts fine and will idle fine. But from idle to 2800rpm there is no power, it will not rev properly. After 2800rpm its fine but below that it has nothing at all.

Changed MAF Sensor.
Changed EGR (3 times)
Changed Turbo (2 times) (full turbo including actuator)
No Fault codes. No smoke.

No power between idle rpm and 2800-3000rpm. When trying to accelerate the engine shakes weirdly but once its over 2800-3000 its normal.

Help would be appreciated.

Check valve timing?

Have you got any fault code?and does it smoke?

Check your injectors if not then could be the ECU

I think it's a catalyst congested, 99%

Check spark plugs!

All glowplugs replaced. Exhaust is clear. No blockages. It doesnt smoke and no fault codes.

What could I do to see if it is an injector problem? What do I look for on Opcom or similar programs?

The timing was a few teeth out. We corrected the timing and it is still the same.

Hello i can see this is an old thread but i had this fault it was an injector breaking down under load if you get someone to road test and you watch live data on injectors you will see it break down if this is the fault
