Digiprog is cheapest tool which can do ford f150 2015..
(but it's not in manual, ask me for info for this car..)

I think you mean 2016?
with the big screen lcd.
read eeprom 24c32 in dash.
then use tachosoft to calculate mileage.
the algorithm is the same as the 2009 24c16 F150, so select this car.
or upload dump here.

2006 dont have eeprom.
so you need to solder to circuit board. i think digiprog can do it.
obdstar x100 pro claims it can do it by obd

Should be BDM pads on back, no need to open it up. It's in the Digi manuals, HCS12 processor I believe.
There are a few different clusters in those years, post pics of front and back.
