Hi..
I have use xentry openshell 2016.05version..
But, strange symtom is display....
suddenly,,, start xentry is not working,, error message is help desk....
and lickey is normal(1kb) but startkey start and xentry key not saved.
and key generation after input new key(ID252)and good saved..
xentry good working...[This symtom] It seems to occur after the addon.
What is the problem?

Sorry I have no idea how to help you, but I was wondering if you could provide a little information that may help the rest of us:
Did you setup the system from fresh, install addons and find this problem?
Or did you use the system for a few weeks, then problem come?
Reason I ask is if your problem is number 2, then maybe a lot of us may need to be worried and disable automatic addons.
