I have downloaded the files but once extracted all i get is whats in the screenie im attatching

hy,
Files .mdf and .mds are related to an image file and are mounted with a virtual drive like daemon tools lite .... it is Global TIS for opel or other?

Yeah it's global tis im trying to set up
