ISTA Database Merge Utility - pshoey - 26-07-2016
Here is a utility to merge ISTA database delta packages into a previous versions sqldb files.
Place all the files from the linked rar file in a directory (any one will do), copy into that directory the sqldb files and the ista delta package files and run the utility. Some time later the process to finish and you can move the sqldbs to the final location.

Hopefully ista+ db will be supplied as DELTAs in the future, and your utility will eliminate a pain of downloading 10GB db every time.
If you ever have an inspiration to improve the utility, please, add a percentage for processing progress as the very first thing. As it's quite uncomfortable when you don't receive any signals indicating whether something is going on or the program is just stuck.

Hello! How long does the process of unification? I have a feeling that I was doing something wrong as it should be because nothing happens. Could someone paste the image in a folder of all the files needed to properly merge process.

Put all the files in 1 folder then run IstaDbMerge and wait about 5 min.
See screenshot, it will update ENGB, OTHER & DiagDocDb.

It worked great for me too, thank you.
It can take quite longer than 5 minutes (hour(s) across network share), so leave tool work and be patient, check hard drive activity if you have a doubt.

Do you need to update to each version so if your on 3.55.11 can you jump straight to 3.56.31? or do you need to do every version in between?

I'm pretty sure you can only skip minor versions. So with your example, you need to start with the first version in the 3.56 set and then you can apply the delta to .31, skipping .21
