For those that want ISTA-P v3.59.4.004 via Mega, see link. under

Just download, extract, and place in root directory
You will need Psdzdata full to put in %:\ISTA-P\BMW\Services\data\ecudata
Run with ISTA-P loader

Note: No passcode. +Reputation appreciated, but not required.

Why do not want to use EN-GB like everyone else does for English? This is also thread for ISTA-P, not ISTA+.

Well I'm sorry but I'm American and not British even though I love and respect them this is not totally the same, It is for ISTA D so I need this ISPI ISTA DATA en-US 4.01.21 istapackage.

Well I'm sorry but I'm American and not British even though I love and respect them this is not totally the same, It is for ISTA D so I need this ISPI ISTA DATA en-US 4.01.21 istapackage.

I know for what it is and this is ISTA-P 3.59.4 thread.

It is now called ISTA+, not ISTA-D. I am American too, but I have never seen the American SQliteDB's; I use BMW_ISPI_ISTA-DATA_en-GB_4.01.21.istapackage. Good Luck!
