Focus 1.0 ecoboost fault help - Cbenno - 30-11-2016

RE: Focus 1.0 ecoboost fault help - scully - 01-12-2016

U on a ford codes are when a module fails to communicate with another module usually temporary when for instance the instrument cluster has been unplugged or gone into boot mode.

As a rule genrally we can ignore u codes.

What sysmpoms of any have you got?

Came in to us as a damaged vehicle the pcm was damaged so another was purchased and programmed all the crash data has been reset but vehicle won't crank and there is no fuel to engine there is that u0046 code and a aircon pressure sensor fault because it's snapped off the compressor

No sorry I never got chance to get to the bottom of it as it turned out the engine was seized so the customer stripped the vehicle for parts.

Did you get fuel to engine when you start?
On this car the fuel pump in fuel tank becomes +12v from bcmii (body count modul)
This car dont have relaise for fuel pump bcse it is managed over transistor in bcmii modul.
You can chack cranckshaft sensor maybe bed connection
