BMW Z4 E85 ODO Miles to KM help - sparky001 - 10-01-2017
Heya all
I have a 2004 Z4 E85 LT02307 to look at this week, It is an UK import.
He wants the ODO changed from Miles to Km.
Tools I have FVDI, ISTA-D & P. NCS expert/dummy (No idea how to use)
INPA, Tool32 etc, BMW Scan tool 1.4& 2.2?
I did find ..>> If you have access to a diagnostic system with NCS Expert you can easily toggle the odometer units by
recoding the EKM. Just change the following:

Encode the vehicle with another language pack. You now have VO 853 (English language version) Change it to VO 851 or what you need. Write and encode VO with NCS Expert. You can also work with NCSdummy but others away. Simple solution in navimenu.
