B2139 transit connect 2004 - Cbenno - 11-01-2017

Can anyone shed some light on this fault? the led in the dash is flashing 22 I've tried a known good pcm and pats module I've tried deleting keys and recoding them ive checked power and ground and can wires at fuel pump but still no joy headbang it's the 1.8 tddi engine

If the battery has been flat or you have cranked the engine over with a flat battery then the most likely cause is the PCM and the FIP have lost their synchronisation

Make sure the battery is fully charged, jump leads on another car are not good enough as you need a good steady voltage, then run module initialisation in IDS and the engine should then run. drive

I tried that first with ids it just stayed the same with a permanent b2139 code it does crank but nothing else.

Hello error code:B2141 and blink:22= NVM Configuration failure. No security ID exchange between PCM and fuel injection pump control module, vehicle does not start : solution New PCM or fuel injection pump control module REFER to the WDS. Select the PATS test and follow the instructions on the screen.
error code B2139 and blink 23= Data mismatch (received data does not match what was expected). Security messages do not match between PCM and fuel injection pump control module, vehicle does not start solutin: New PCM or fuel injection pump control module REFER to the WDS. Select the PATS test and follow the instructions on the screen. cut from ford etis manual on connect 2004
i have seen some where it was injektion pump that there was defekt new pump and reinstall pump in pats menu

Thanks for the response that was going to be my next step as I have tried the pcm the pats receiver and checked all wiring so fuel pump ecu it is

Second hand fuel pump ecu sorted it
