For dash there are a lot of tools doing the job by obd. Like x-tool, enigma etc. But milleage is in ecu also and edc17 milleage change is more complicated.

Ok mate listen.
There is X-Tool from x-tool.org which can do the dash very easy.
Now for ecu you need a good programmer for reading flash and eeprom from the tricore mcu .you will find in. Use kess, k-tag, galleto and many more that you will find in market.Then you need a good calculator to calculate milleage in your files and write them back with same programmer you read. A good calculator for edc17 is Neo7, but its quiet expensive. Another solution is to try to brake the algo (work for experienced guys) and last solution is post dumps here and someone will calculate it for you.
Remember 2 thinks
1. This kind of ecus are very sensitive and expensive so be really carefull with it
2. After finish the job you must do diagnose to the car and check milleage in dpf, servise milleage and a few parameters in ecu.

I have check the supported car list that your Fiat Ducato 2014y is In the range
the tool is X300M, I do not know if you've ever heard of it, this chinese tool is specialized for odometer adjustment. I have ever borrowed from a friend and used it to correct mileage
Fiat grand punto 2010 OK
Fiat punto 2007 OK
Fiat fiorino obd ok
but when it comes to ECU...i'm not sure.
edc17 milleage change will be more complicated...

Smok tool have option in dump tool for km change in ecu both version V1 and V2 (total km,last service,DPF) and working excellent . I successful work 2 ecu
