Use carprog repair 2J74Y audi.
There are ripples to repair 2J74Y audi.

My MCU is Is dead ,, I can not read it, (carprog, xprog, upa, etl, ..) so I bought a new mcu and I need the Full Dump and Flash for the reprogrammed to zero
