When I start Ista-p Natively how can I change language en make it full screen?

Go with mouse up in silver area and click 2 times.
Setup menu for language - EN
Einstellungen - sprache - DE (in german)

Does not work for me, and language tap is blank.

With loader no problem.

Open istap tray icon next to the clock the on the settings tab there's language settings.
