I've made it to connect with the IDS but it did'n connect with the car, so...i tried to update the firmware to the newest from the BOSCH website. It gave me an error.
Now the VCM is not conecting to the ids anymore.
I've installed XP again and V86 and tried again the recovery procedure but it give me an error at some time.
I've also tried to update with the IDS but again...error "there was a problem updating your VCM 2 software"
What can I do now?

You need to downgrade your firmware...not upgrade.

i start the Update and after about 5 minuts it stucks at FPGA update problem.

Like I told you... Uninstall bosch vcm manager, clear registry, reinstall old Bosch , plug vcm when prompted. I succeeded a few recovery using this method....

Whatever firmware suitable for your device... (Should be good with vcm manager from ids 86). But it is mandatory that you clean the registry from the driver or it won't ask to connect the vcm once installed.

V2.1.119.19 is good? or I need to go lower version?
