At the time of this post the upload is not complete, 4 of 6 parts are uploaded, Mega upload seems to be throttled for me right now but it will all be uploaded in the next couple hours.

Mega bugged out and wouldn't decrypt the 2 files uploaded after I posted the link.
Solved by making a new link attached here.
