Is it possible to change a BMW steering wheel? - Bunford - 19-02-2017

I have a 2005 BMW E87 120D and it came with a standard wheel with no extra controls for stereo etc.

Is it possible to switch a steering wheel, changing from the standard one to one with stereo controls etc? How tricky of a job is it if it is possible?

Also, it there a retrofit cruise control stork option possible?

Yes for cruise control you need to change the SZL to one with cruise stalk, and change lower trim for steering coloumn (because the standard one does not have the hole for the lever.).

After that you need to code car. For multifunction wheel you need to add a few wires to the back of the SZL smile
