Corsa d steering wheel calibration fail - sakroda - 21-03-2017

Hi
I changed streering wheel column but i got error about calibration and i did calibration with tech2 and opcom no success.. tech2 says : "volt has to be range 1,75-2,15 around but my volt is 1.51 that why tech2 can t calibrate..
signal cornering is not close from CIM you have to turn it off manually
I changed steering wheel column for my AFL project..
so eps is second hand maybe it s broken and when you turn left or right CIM does not close the signal if you full turn right or left it closes..
error code is C0460-42 same error tech 2 and opcom..and i had to change with old one..is there a special technique for calibration..by the way my car has not esp function but steering wheel column esp function..
thanks
