E60 cas processor dump needed - Fx82 - 30-03-2017
Of a 2005 E60 the module has been replaced with a new one. The old module gives the error "cas processor".
Can this module be recoverd or is it trash?

you can try read it with external programer and check files or post it here..maybe we can help you with replacement files frome same part no.

Do i have to desolder the chip? I'm in the learning process when it comes to eeprom.

No.You need a programmer. R270 will do a great job.
