The car is start locked and on ECU no any SCR fault stored

Hi, the fault cannot be fixed or what why disabling whole SCR system car will pass MOT then?

The car don't start after in dash show "AdBlue 0km". The AdBlue tank is full. I tried to reset with some diag tool (bosch, ODIS, ...)but no result.
I need help how to fix this problem and can start the car.

Scan fault codes with ODIS S and post here maybe someone can help you.

I scanned with ODIS. The engine control unit are without faults.
