Upa-Usb Original V1.3
My upa is damaged, do not read
(VCCD out of range).
This is an Original Upa USB Old V1.3
Power LED is also on?
Other USB and an external power supply (also uses the jumper to select the power source)
Also bypass the fuse
How can i fix these. (VCCD out of range).

Hello the only thing I can think is are you selecting the correct voltage with jumper jp1 ? This usually gives voltage error on vcc or vdd
but remember you have to select correct voltage on upas program also.
if this doesn't work check connections of chip you are connecting
Also is this red Upa 1.3 your using ?
