Hello, when I install this I get the following message:
The windows service "EWA net Server" could not be stopped correctly. Please make sure the service is stopped and the EWA server is not running, prior to starting the installation process. The current installation will be canceled
Any idea what's going wrong? I had previously version 01.2013 installed but I wiped everything off with the "clean" utility.

You need to start of fresh with 08.2012 and then update to the one you are trying to install .

I read that you can not update the software using a full version like 09.2013. You'd have to use an update version to do so. I tried to update to 09.2013 (full) when 01.2013 (full) was installed and it didn't work. Then I deleted 01.2013 but couldn't install 09.2013. The only working option available is re-install 01.2013 (I refer to WIS, not EPC).
