After replace ecu cannot start.. i don has any bmw scanner ,, this ecu can swap eeprom or mcu for start... pls help.. tell me what i need to do

You will need to flash with winkpf and change vin number then match Isn to the rest of car
Autohex will do it, inpa-suite, etc... Or have ecu send out to be virginolazed to have vin been all zeros and then use ista or alike scanner to program and code it
