What tooldo you use for programming?
Looks like launch x-431, right?
I think that x431 software can't program smartkey this car
Check your vin number
If 10 digit is f, you can't program it

Dtc (ID). ECM ,IMMO
Programmer imcomplet 1 protocol, transportert new, pin code bcm is correct

Avdi(license for 20digit pincode), skp100, zedfull, x100?
Try it above tools one.
If ecm hasn't any dtc code, it accept key programming
