Hi you have to read a lot of about it and you will need a several memory programing tools but remember you will need more and more to do it

Don't know, my first progamer was homemade pony prog and I start with carradio decode ,,, as I tell you read and read and practice on your own car

I'm in much the same situation. Depending on your budget you may want to start with Xprog. At least if you have taken a dump before you play then if you or soft makes a mistake you have the backup.
You may also want to start analyzing dumps that are posted. Loading them in programs like UltraCompare and look at how they differ. In my case i have looked at a few for simos 7 and the hex can be manually edited. however i presume that is because they are already decrypted. So do take note of how they were obtained. E.g. if Xprog is used on my vehicle its encrypted however of over OBD it is not.
My case is an audi a3 8p 2007 however with Simos 7 ECU and a 2013 dash. Which looking at the board i thought was micronas but VCDS reports VDO. im not sure if to get xcan clone car prog or...
