What software do I need to program fords Pats system . .. looking to program keys

The cheapest tool you can go for it is T300 but, again it all depends what model and year ford you want to program.

You might also need a Calculator to covert the outcode to the incode but I'm sure if you paste it here somebody will convert it for you. Just remember that if you disconnect from the vehicle the code then changes. You only have 15 minutes to insert the code or it also changes.
