dissasemble dash and find 24c16 eeprom. Try to do it by clip if impossible desolder chip. All these if you have digiprog or similar programmer

Hi all,
having issues with the digiprog 3 on a 2010 mk4 ford mondeo tdci diesel (cd345 ba7). we have it in my work for a cluster/ecu repair but the used cluster we installed is 10780km over what the original so need to do an odometer correction as customer is not happy with this situation. we cant get digiprog to correct? cluster p/n is VISTEON AM2T-10849-CC if that is any help?

mine was in german so i tried each type but that was plugged into the obd port, ( hope that didnt do any damage). is there no way to do it without the soldering? (another device even) as i noticed that the lcd display on this one is half the size of the ones in your uploads, dont want to risk chip corruption or malfunction if i haven't already that is?
PS..
ive taken the back off the cluster & your first upload is not like this cluster at all, the second is closer but not the same, & the enigma is the closest but still not the same...crazy.
any ideas?

Post a pic of the dash mate. Iv done a 64 plate via obd with digi, but it was the last of the old shape.
