Try to create a new Windows user and run the launcher, this will show if it's because of a launcher user config error or because of something else.

Tried latest two versions 2.9.9.288 and 2.9.11.306 - no luck
I get the same error with 2.9.11.306 on Win 7 64bit. I used it 1-2 times before with this version, but now the error.

New activation is required after 2.9.8 if you change anything on HW/SW (including new windows installation). There was issue with token on 2.9.8-2.9.9 and fixed since 2.9.10.

Try to run launcher as administrator. Right click, Run as administrator.
That fixed my problem!

I want to coding my F31, but tell me which are the steps to install E-Sys ?
What is token master ?
Right now I have these files (nothing installed). I have Windows 10 Pro x64.
1. E-Sys_Setup-3.30.1-49938
2. ESysLauncherPremiumSetup_2.7.1_Build_135
3. v.62.5_PSdZData_Lite
4. VC141_redist.x64
Please help me. Thanks asap.
