RE: Mileage calibration for 208 and Partner. - Crysis05 - 17-09-2017 X-Tool work perfect RE: Mileage calibration for 208 and Partner. - dave11674 - 18-09-2017 Wow your brave doing PSA with fvdi lol Smok is great with all PSA stuff With the partner you dont even have to do speedo out RE: Mileage calibration for 208 and Partner. - fisekovic - 18-09-2017 (18-09-2017, 08:42 AM)dave11674 Wrote: Wow your brave doing PSA with fvdi lol why? problem only with JC bsi units. Pull fuse out and battery charger? RE: Mileage calibration for 208 and Partner. - kingdomdz - 20-09-2017 Yes pull wiper fuse and front lamp connectors and put battery charger this will avoid bsi to enter boot mode. the operation lasts more then 45 mn this is the cause RE: Mileage calibration for 208 and Partner. - Macman07 - 20-09-2017 (20-09-2017, 13:28 PM)kingdomdz Wrote: Yes pull wiper fuse and front lamp connectors and put battery charger this will avoid bsi to enter boot mode. the operation lasts more then 45 mn this is the cause Ok that's what i tought. I have another question for you. I was able to read on other forums that FVDI can do all BSI except Valeo UDS and Johnson Control Crypto. But how to recognize a normal Johnson Control of a Johnson Control Crypto? Or recognize a normal Valeo of a Valeo UDS? If you know... Thx RE: Mileage calibration for 208 and Partner. - kingdomdz - 20-09-2017 I try to read with FVDI twice and bsi go boot mode for some cars. i always write new km in bsi directly and do dash separately with carprog. PS: even if you didn't read old bsi dump fvdi keep a copy in "My Documents". about your 2nd qst i don't know exactly how to know if crypto JC or not but from my reading on other forum in JC crypto you cant read the KM (maybe i'm wrong). wait for answer from expert there is a full car report (what can do) on fvdi website check it RE: Mileage calibration for 208 and Partner. - Macman07 - 22-09-2017 (20-09-2017, 20:21 PM)kingdomdz Wrote: I try to read with FVDI twice and bsi go boot mode for some cars. i always write new km in bsi directly and do dash separately with carprog. Thank you for those advices. Did you try this tool on some other brand like Renault, fiat or alfa? No problem like on psa car? Thank you one more time |
