CIC and Combox for factory reset - jaki - 21-09-2017

AS tittle says:
How can I do completely factory reset for those units?
Don't answer: coding, that does not reset all user related issues, only coding based things.

Check with tool32 if there is a job for it.

Thanks's for the answer, but I couldn't find anything related to that.
I could do a little reset by changing profile to an other, but it didn't reset everything. That's all i found from CIC.
My problem is that somehow my BMW Online user name and password is messed. There is an option in CIC where You can set username and password and checkbox to save it. Great, but now it claims that my username or password is wrong but there is no possibility to change it anymore! I assume that there is a software bug in CIC (or Compbox, I don't know where these user informations are saved), so I like to reset (or delete) all user based information of those.

Just a thought:
Upgrading/downgrading/Flashing does not reset to factory settings?

At least upgrading didn't reset anything. I don't like to downgrade. I doubt that solve anything either.
My question still: whee is user based information saved? It must be simple way to do complete factory reset. I dont' like to "wipe" my CIC or Combox. I have no idea how to recover from that kind of thing.
