Hi guys ,any one could help to tune my file stage 1 economy .my car consumption is 10 liters / 100 Km witch is alot

If that file is original then you have problem with car or you are VERY heavy driver
that is 27-28mpg rough maths, this car should not be that bad on fuel
tuning it for stage 1 'economy' is a bad idea

exactly, i compare your file to other in my database and it looks 100% original
maybe we just increase rail pressure like tuning box, ive heard they help save lots of fuel
