Thanks for help.
I write only eeprom file to new ecu.
Now I have 2 faults.

01: Engine
2783 - Internal Control Module Memory
P160A 00 [167] - Check Sum Error
MIL ON - Not Confirmed - Tested Since Memory Clear

93: LT3 Immo
02241 - Engine Control Module; Immobilizer Data not Adapted
000 - - - MIL ON

It's bad dump ?
