GTS DCT flash on a F80 M3? - Mrg0721 - 11-10-2017

Does anyone know how to flash GTS DCT software in a F80 M3? Thanks

Change Chassis and Typecode in FA, run tal-calculation, flash EGS.

Edit the FA, change the Typschlüssel to 4S93 (or 4S91 if euro model).

Do we only check the boxes for "swDeploy" and "cdDeploy" for the EGS? No need to flash the bootloader or anything else?

Also, should I use an ICOM cable or just stick to an ENET, I got both.

Thanks,
Peter

blFlash: Flashes new Bootloader (BTLD)
swDeploy: Flashes new Software (SWFL)
cdDeploy: Encodes (e.g. VO Codes ECU, CAFD)
ibaDeploy: used to update the Owners manual for HU (IBAD).

EGS only needs swfl & btld; there is no CAFD.

ENET is fine.
