Dear Madams and Sirs from car technology your are our ultimate hope we really need all your help and your knowing we are still beginners we tried to enter the ecu of a golf 6 with the result that the control unit now no longer signs of life ... does not communicate with obd, the machine is no longer in motion and the owner is obviously very angry and wants to report the damage ... we spent days and days searching the web but ultimately did not understand much ... do you think that unit can still be saved? if not, how do we adapt another control unit to that machine?
You ONLY fail when you STOP trying!

What you were trying to do with that car ?
I guess you must first to obtain the pin code
And then you can change ecu and adapt it with vcds
Vvdi2 , avdi .....
the pin code stored in instrument cluster
And need original tool to read
Except kess what do you have tools ?
If not have tools tAke car to someone have tools and knowledge
It is cheaper

First of all thank 's raffy ...you asked me what we did to the ECU ... so far ... the car is golf 6 was marching but very bad .. we wanted to eliminate the fap.
as we first disassembled the ecu and opened it on the bench, plugged the kess clone into boot mode to unlock it kess said successful operation .... we then closed the ecu and reinstalled, we attacked the kess via obd executed original file reading by finding the written ecu locked .... given the inconsistency we have attempted to write the modified file ... when it finished saying write error, then we tried to retrieve the original file but still write error ... .the machine was lighting the lights ... etc. etc everything worked except the startup. so we disassembled the ecu, and opened on the bench, connected the kess clone in boot mode to unlock it kess said successful operation .... we then closed the ecu and reassembled, we attacked the kess via obd required ID reading and the ECU did not say if it was locked or unlocked so we tried to recover the original file but still a write error then a 3rd time reset all equal to 2nd then a 4th time disassembled open on the counter and no longer communicated in boot mode then re-assembled but no longer communicated with the obd, attempted to attack the diagnosis but no communication ... the car lights up the lights ... etc. etc. everything worked except the startup.
I hope I was exhaustive and that this helps you better to understand what has happened and what can be done
pin code ? instrument cluster ? how do we get at ? ...we hve kess v4 clone...

And he has more x 100000000000000 time knoledge in theae cars
As also there lots of members here has knowledge about it

U have fgthec ? test on boot mode for unlocked send + info ecu pls
pcr2.1 what work for open ecu ect

Try to upload original file by vas or vcp but before this check the pcb special in the boot mode area

The ecu is killed
if you make backup you can clone it but the Problem you have ONLY kess & elm327 as we discussion on PM
Please no offense but with such tools you will never wake up the ecu
