Hi your eprom file is far too big, my software only supports eprom sizes of 32, 64, 128kb.

Manually checking your eprom I find the pin is R3SZ.

Here is same file with YMRD pin hope it works for you

I have Citroen MEV17.4.2 ECU - old broken and new from another car, eeprom files are 64kB... is changing PIN from old to new solution how to clone? Can you help me with this? Thank you.

Checksum is not corrected, so most likely it will not work.
